Please note that all pricing for repairs and custom designs vary depending on the piece.
Please provide us the following information when you schedule your appointment:
Repair Appointment
- What is broken/missing?
- What is the material?
- Do you think you will be needing any spare parts?
- Email us a picture before hand
Services include:
- Jewelry Repair
- Appraisal
- Insurance Write-up/Claims
- Spare parts sales
Note: Items will be sent to our workshops for repair, can take up to 2-3 weeks for completion, payment is required at drop-off. We will call when repair is done and pickup will be arranged.
Appointments will be 5-10mins
Custom Jewelry Appointments
All custom jewelry work will be conducted by appointment only.
Please provide Emily with the following information:
- What material do you want?
- What is your budget?
- What is the piece for? (IE. birthday, wedding, anniversary, Christmas etc.)
- Is it for everyday use or special occasions?
- Will you be providing any material? (ie. stones, metals etc.)
Note: Please provide reference photos before your scheduled appointment, if possible. 50% deposit is required for all custom work.
Buying Gold Appointments
- Make sure that all items you seek to sell are present
- Must provide photo ID
